• Annual General Meetings (AGMs) are held within 6-months of the end of the financial year (March), 
• Draw nights are held in advance of the term 4 (pre-Christmas) and term 1 (post-Christmas) competitions, and
• Delegate meetings are held to review the operations of the Association and may include items like a rule review.
